LONG GONG MATCH 

Match schedule: The match will be held the third Sunday of each month on Range 6. Sign in/Practice begins at 8:00 AM, the match starts at 9:00 am

Description of the match: Rimfire Long Gong is a 300-yard shooting challenge using rifles chambered in .22 LR and .17 HMR only. The object of the game is simple: shoot the highest score possible while ringing steel plates at distance. It is a timed (3 minute) bench rest rifle match (2 shooters at a time). The course of fire is 3 round targets with a square sighter. This will be a local match (based on an Internet Match), there is no national affiliation involved.
